Safety status evaluation

[Significance of current status evaluation] :

Specific factors ---- Through mass spectrometry and other means to clarify the types of hazard factors in the workplace; Specific data -- identify the concentration (strength) of hazardous factors in the workplace through field testing; Specific problems -- through protective equipment testing and other means to clarify the problems existing in the workplace; Specific countermeasures -- through comprehensive analysis to improve existing problems, reduce enterprise risks.

Law of the People's Republic of China on the Prevention and Control of Occupational Diseases

Article 26 The employer shall carry out routine monitoring of occupational-disease-inductive factors by specially-assigned personnel and ensure the normal operation of the monitoring system.


The employer shall, in accordance with the regulations of the production safety supervision and administration department under The State Council, carry out regular testing and evaluation of the occupational-disease-inductive factors in the workplace. The test and evaluation results shall be stored in the occupational health archives of the employing units, and shall be regularly reported to the local supervision and administration department of production safety and published to the workers


The testing and evaluation of occupational-disease-inductive factors shall be conducted by the occupational-health technical service institutions established according to law and approved by the supervision and administration department of work safety under The State Council or the supervision and administration department of work safety under the local people's government of a districted city or above according to the division of functions and duties. The testing and evaluation made by the occupational health technical service institutions shall be objective and true.


If it is found that the occupational-disease-inductive factors in the workplace do not meet the national standards and requirements of occupational health, the employer shall immediately take corresponding measures to control the situation. If the occupational-disease-inductive factors still fail to meet the national standards and requirements of occupational health, the employer must stop the operations with occupational-disease-inductive factors. After the occupational-disease-inductive factors are controlled, the operation can be resumed only if the occupational-disease-inductive factors meet the national standards and requirements of occupational health.


Regulations on Supervision and Administration of Occupational Health in Workplaces (Order No. 47 of the State Administration of Work Safety)

Article 20 The occupational-disease-inductive employer shall entrust the qualified occupational health technical service institution to carry out at least one occupational-disease-inductive test every year.


The employer with serious occupational-disease-inductive problems shall, in addition to complying with the provisions of the preceding paragraph, entrust the occupational-health technical service institution with appropriate qualifications to evaluate the occupational-disease-inductive situation at least once every three years.

[Report time] :

The status evaluation report shall be completed within 30 working days after the end of sampling.
